1. Orders & Pricing

Prices for ready-stock products shown on the site are final for direct purchase. For bulk/wholesale products, the price shown after submitting a "Request a Quote" is an automatic estimate based on quantity slabs; it is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by our team.

2. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract of sale. Our team reviews every request and will confirm or revise the final price based on customisation complexity, material costs, and delivery requirements. Quotes are valid for the number of days stated at the time of confirmation, after which prices may change.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Each product has a stated minimum order quantity. Quote requests below the MOQ will not be processed at bulk pricing.

4. Wallet & Reward Points

Wallet balance and reward points are credited solely at the discretion of Polo Corporate Gifting and may be adjusted, reversed, or expired as per internal policy. Wallet balance can be applied at checkout to reduce the payable amount on direct-purchase orders.

5. Payment & Delivery

Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 business days after payment and artwork approval, subject to product availability and customisation complexity. Delivery timelines for converted bulk orders will be communicated separately by our team.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Customised/branded products are made-to-order and are generally not eligible for return unless defective. Please contact our support team for any quality concerns within 7 days of delivery.
